    What makes it so healthy?

Before discussing how to make the mix, let’s talk about why it will be good for you.

Yogurt is a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamins. It also contains probiotics—the healthy bacteria found in your digestive tract. It is especially important for strengthening the intestinal microflora. Therefore, it will be an excellent daily start for your digestion; and of course, you want your digestive system to stay strong and healthy! Ready for the magic?

Although you may be more aware of coffee’s ability to boost energy, many people don’t know that drinking a cup also jump-starts your digestive system. You could think of it this way: yogurt will power your digestion, coffee will fuel your engine, and you’ll have enough energy all day long. Moreover, once your digestive tract is running smoothly you’ll be able to draw on a constant source of energy throughout the day. Some studies indicate that coffee may provide other important health benefits by lowering the risks of lung cancer, type 2 diabetes, and heart failure.

But what effect did this perfect combination have on me? I’ll tell you more about that on the next page.

    How it all began…

I struggled with bloating in my stomach for a very long time and had gotten used to it. I exercised regularly, but despite all that hard work, I still had an extra couple of pounds around my waistline. Eventually after having seen several doctors who gave me various reasons for the bloat (hormonal imbalances included). they were wrong.

My intestinal flora was very unbalanced. It wasn’t just bad; it also made me feel sick no matter how much yogurt I ate—until I found the mix of yogurt and coffee that worked for me so well.

Since then, I’ve lost more than 10 pounds; my stomach is firmer and leaner than it was in my teens—I’m bursting with energy. Also, my previously clogged bowels are now working better!

At first, I struggled to come up with a recipe that would highlight the best aspects of this unusual combination. But once I found a winning formula—which you’ll find below—I was able to reap all its rewards!
